Energy Co.* is an intermediate, successful energy company. Energy Co.* has been in operation for two decades with a focus on the exploration, development and production of various oil and gas products in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. 

Client Challenge

Along with millions of others, Energy Co.* faced an unprecedented challenge with the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. Virtually overnight, Energy Co.* was forced to find new ways to communicate, document and obey protocol amongst the entirety of its company while continuing to be operational and effective.

The Response Approach

With the Response mobile app, Energy Co.* was able to communicate about pandemic protocol, document and even fit in some team building activities by way of secured text message groups.
